Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Baggu products, but if something isn't right, we accept returns and exchanges on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that final sale items and reusable masks are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
